Train on original V2 MAX™ Reformers in small groups of no more than eight participants – with professional instruction, precise corrections and personal attention. As a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor, I run the studio with passion, internationally recognised training and many years of experience.
Established in 2009, our studio stands for quality, consistency and personal attention.
My team and I place great emphasis on preventive and rehabilitative movement. Our carefully designed training improves strength, flexibility, posture and overall well-being – effectively and sustainably. Whether you are experiencing muscular tension or back problems, recovering from an injury or simply looking for more energy in everyday life, we provide individual support based on sound professional expertise.
Recognising an authentic Pilates studio is easier than many people think – once you know what to look for. Since the term “Pilates” is not legally protected, it is worth taking a closer look at the quality of instruction, the instructors’ qualifications and the teaching approach.
The six Pilates principles are always at the heart of our training: concentration, control, centering, precision, breathing and flow.
Professional Qualifications
Look for certified instructors who have trained with renowned institutions such as BASI, STOTT PILATES®, Balanced Body or Peak Pilates.
Our instructors have completed their training at internationally renowned institutions and work according to the highest quality standards.
Original Equipment & Precise Training
Authentic Pilates is not limited to matwork. High-quality studios use specialised equipment such as Reformers, Chairs and Cadillacs, with an emphasis on controlled, precise movement rather than fast-paced workouts focused solely on exhaustion.
Small Groups & Personal Attention
Traditional Pilates is usually taught in small groups of no more than six to eight participants or in private sessions. This allows for individual corrections, close supervision and safe, effective training.
A Calm Atmosphere & a Clear Method
Exercises such as “The Hundred” and “Swan Dive” are integral parts of the traditional Pilates method. Instead of loud music, the focus is on concentration, breathing, body control and mindful movement.
Look forward to professional training delivered with expertise, passion and care.

If it’s your first time at StreckDich, please arrive about 10 minutes early. For all subsequent visits, arriving 5 minutes before the class begins is sufficient.
If you are running late, please let us know in good time via WhatsApp – out of consideration for the instructor, the other participants and, of course, your own training experience.
Sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Please cancel at least 30 hours before the class begins; otherwise, your class credit will be forfeited.
For last-minute cancellations, please cancel exclusively through the Eversports app. As a general rule, always cancel if you cannot attend. Failing to attend without cancelling prevents another participant from taking your place.
Don’t worry if a class is fully booked! You can add yourself to the waiting list. If someone cancels, the next person on the list will be offered the available place.
Keep an eye on your push notifications – once you have been added to the class, you will need to confirm the booking before the place is officially yours.
We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or physiotherapist before attending a class. Please also inform your instructor before the class begins so that you can train safely and avoid further injury.
The minimum age is 18.
Unfortunately, we do not have shower facilities.
However, towels and toiletries are available in our restrooms and changing rooms.
First of all: Congratulations!
We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before taking part in any classes. Please also note that you should not attend regular classes during your second or third trimester unless this has been agreed upon with your instructor in advance.
Don’t worry – we are specially trained in prenatal and postnatal Pilates. If you are unsure or have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We are here for you!
Trial group classes can be booked directly through our online booking system. Simply create an Eversports account to access the class schedule and choose a suitable class.

Wellpass members can register directly through our Eversports booking system. Private sessions are also available and can be requested directly, as appointments are arranged individually.
We offer preventive health courses certified by the German Central Prevention Examination Board (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP). You can start at any time and freely choose your preferred class and day of the week.
Participation is subject to the requirements of Germany’s statutory health insurance system (GKV): classes must be attended once a week for at least eight consecutive weeks.
You can either request direct access to a 10-session course through our booking system or book a trial class first and then decide whether you would like to enrol in a course eligible for reimbursement by your statutory health insurance provider.
A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the course for a fee of €10.
